I think I’ve said this before…

but my left foot is flat, completely flat, and all the weight goes to the opposite side of the bottom of my foot. Because of this, I can’t run as long and as hard as I want. For some reason today, it hurt so freaking bad that I had to stop running. I ran through the majority of the pain, because at that point I was just mad and taking it out on myself, which can’t be good for my foot or my ankle at all, and just… ugh. It’s so fucking frustrating. I want a healthy foot and ankle and I should be happy that I even HAVE a foot but I’m just… blegh.

I love running. I love jogging. I love walking. I can’t afford to go to the gym, so this is the only way for me to lose weight without cutting my food intake in half. And I know I’m just complaining and all, but…

I mean, I still got a good workout in and everything, just… sigh.
