breakfast 2/9/12
Good morning everybody! For breakfast today I’m trying the avocado with a baked egg. They’re still cooking, so now I’m munching on some toast while I wait. And there’s no flippin’ orange juice. >: Anyway, I’m getting ready to go to… work? I guess? I have a new job and I need to go there and fill out some paperwork. I have no idea how long that’s...

breakfast 2/8/12
I had some cream of wheat with sliced banana, a splash of milk and a liiiiiiiittle bit of sugar! I had a piece of toast and some peach flavored Snapple to go with it. Not the cleanest thing I could of had for breakfast, but at least I stopped when I was full! I was thinking about going on a run today but because of how much my foot and ankle hurt yesterday I’m not too sure if I want to....

Pro-anorexia and pro-bulimia blogs disgust me.
A part of me can’t even believe they actually exist. I mean… having dealt with the disease myself, I can’t imagine someone else wanting to try and give tips on how to starve and how to purge to someone who just wants to be really skinny but is too lazy to do anything about it. I would not wish anorexia or bulimia on ANYONE. It’s like you’re being eaten alive by your...

A part of me is afraid to get skinny again. What if those obsessive thoughts come back even though I’m doing it healthy this time?

I think I've said this before...
but my left foot is flat, completely flat, and all the weight goes to the opposite side of the bottom of my foot. Because of this, I can’t run as long and as hard as I want. For some reason today, it hurt so freaking bad that I had to stop running. I ran through the majority of the pain, because at that point I was just mad and taking it out on myself, which can’t be good for my foot...

I had the TASTIEST breakfast! Half a cup of greek yogurt, a handful of honey nut cheerios and a whole sliced banana! (Along with a cup of juice and a piece of toast). Yum!
